Gatorland is one of those touristy things that you just have to do. The name pretty much says it all -- there are areas where dozens of gators congregate and lay out in the sun, as well as areas where you can get a closer look. There were lots of neat birds, snakes and a petting zoo. Here are a few highlights:

| We went to an alligator wrestling show. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but it is raining extremely hard. A really bad storm with thunder and lightning rolled through... while we were sitting on metal bleachers. Great combination, yes? |
