TWO phone calls from Texas on Thanksgiving!
Thanks to Operation Homecooking, Jonathan got "adopted" by a San Antonio-area family for the afternoon. He got to relax, eat a homecooked meal (at a normal pace, too!), send some emails and watch football in the family's really cool theater room.
He sounded like he was doing really well, despite that morning's 2:15 am wake-up call. It sounds like he's still having a miserable time, and he's been trying not to stand out too much. If he does, he could get chosen for one of the leader positions, and they get most of the blame (in the form of more yelling and pushups) if someone does something wrong. I suppose I can't blame him there!
