Terrible news. The vacation got postponed till the last week in August. I'm not even going to calculate how much time stands between me and palm trees, but it's too long.
In the meantime, we're keeping cool with our brand-new air conditioner, courtesy of the previous owners of this fine residence. Now we just need our wall oven to malfunction, and we're all set.
Anyone want to go see Rascal Flatts on Saturday, June 24th?? Let me know ASAP; I'm ordering tickets.
